Books & Movies

Basically these are a bunch of reviews of books and movies. Generally, though I write them, I hate books. I only think about one percent of the ones that make it to print are worth it, like Life of Pi or The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime. Drivel like Terrorist by John Updike should be burned. At the stake. Movies are much better. At least two percent of them are worth the film they are printed on. Unless you're all digital and Michael Mann-like. But it's a moot point because his movies are good. Mostly.
